Re: the best way to find out is pop open the case and google the numbers on the board untill it gives you a specific motherboard. then if you look up that model on newegg.com or something it should give you the specs on it. | |

Re: does it just open BIOS and then not try to boot to the os? it could be that it isn't recognizing the Hard drive. check in your BIOS to see. With such little info it is hard to determine what the problem is. these are just educated guesses. | |

Re: you may have uninstalled the driver when you did a restore. try re-installing the manufacturer's driver that came with your printer. if you don't have the disc most printer manufacturers will have the drivers on their wesite. good luck | |
