G+ is still conquering the market, while FB already has its huge market share. Apart from that and the prospects unpreceedable, both social networks help much to gain traffic.
I can not stress the imporatnce of Facebook enough. Example, Obama used it very effectively to get re-elected. You have to allocate time everyday on Facebook buliding relationships.

Facebook is the best Social media platforms for promote our business. for that we have to create the fan page for our product and services. we have to join and post in different groups realted to our website.
Sure there is a lot of crap and waffle but also a lot of really useful conversations and information being exchanged as people find eachother and engage.
