An abstract class has no implementation of its members. The implementation has to be provided by derived classes. A partial class is the same class split into two different files.
There is also another way wereby all the function u require are auto generated and not that much coding is required it is all done withing visual studio as far as the database being linked to sql server i am not sure if it will still work
Yes it depends on what your project requires you to use as sql server has different capabilities compared to the built in funtion on visual studio
