4th dimension is "time" and we can not jump it. If a one starts running his vehicle at the speed of light and one starts chasing him after 2 hours at the speed of light, there will always be a gap of 2 hours.
As one may be already aware of the issue that doctors suggest lot of redundant medical tests to bump up profit. Next time one suspects a test to be unnecessary, ask the doctor more details about the test, like what s/he wants to find out, what would be the assessment …
