Mostly I use screaming frog etc. but I think I'm gonna start using some others from [this ](http://www.elephate.co/negative-seo-dont-be-a-victim/)article, they might be very helpful

I must say I'm not a big fan of paypal, I'm using [GPN DATA](http://www.gpndata.com) maybe you would like to read about this, I think it's much better payment service provider :)
Being in your shoes I would try another browser than IE... Maybe Mozilla?
