That is Dota 2 without any doubt!
Their is not much to learn in windows 8, it is indeed a nice windows, but i prefer Windows 7 more! Though i want to see what Microsoft comes up with Windows 10!
I think it is temporary on hold. It will soon some back with a bang and we all will be surprised!!
Where do you live? I live in 127.0.0.1 I know, it is a sad joke :P
Did you try reinstalling it? Also in cmd, type, ipconfig /flushdns maybe it might help!
