Hello Everyone, I had the same problem in AOL 9.5 but now I use AOL Backup [Tool to create backup of AOL Email at my Desktop](http://www.systoolsgroup.com/aol-backup/). It is really amazing tool for creating backup of AOL data at your machine and this is really helpful for future.
