Great... Even 5 years later I found this and used it. Thanks. Consider adding this code to the beginning of the InitializeDataGridView method to eliminate the slow redraw of the datagrid: typeof(DataGridView).InvokeMember("DoubleBuffered", BindingFlags.NonPublic | BindingFlags.Instance | BindingFlags.SetProperty, null, dgv, new object[] { true });
