Well to my knowledge of SQL or Access for that matter. It would be a trigger that does something like that. There is no other way to update a column automatically via a calculation without using a trigger. So I would be extremely surprised that there is another way. Stored …

Valmian, not that I am siding with anyone, but I would consider something before you state crap vs non-crap. I am not saying one is better than the other, but if you notice IE and Netscape are all based of the Mozilla Source code. Just my two cents!

I am sure you could find it via SourceCode Web site or a site like this Code Project which could at least point you in the right direction. Hope this helps.

Your code seems to be incomplete, as there are end subs with no "subroutine starts"... but besides that, why not look through the values in the listbox and total them up into a variable as you need to or even total them up at the end. Which ever is easier. …

Yeah, well one other thought is to see what is running in the windows taskbar. Anything there that needs to be loaded at Windows start up can slow things down too. i.e. Zone Alarm, Norton Antivirus (nasty one for this), ICQ, MSN Messenger, SQL Server (my personal one), Oracle, Powerstrip, …

Depends on what you want to use it for... but a computer like that makes a nice little home server, or Linux Firewall, or File Server even. I am running a P2 Celeron 300mhz with Windows 2000 Server...just fine. It is operating as my oracle 8i & SQL 2000 databases, …

Dani, just curious about a few things. For the tutorials, are they going to contain submissions from users as well? Or just administrators? Are they going to be soley Java/C++ based? Or will there be other languages? HTML/XHTML/XML & CSS tutorials, or even tutorials for IDE's, and/or development methodologies (i.e. …

I have to ask the same. What do you want the page to do. The formating is kind of wacky, but otherwise, if you remove the JavaScript: and the ending ";" as big_k105 said, it works fine, according to your posted code/function implementation.

Seems to be harder and harder these days to keep good sites up. Usually because of lack or support, despite content, or too much support to the point of overwhelming the site. Sorry, just venting. :-) Sure hope it gets up and running again soon!
