i have my own CRM and software done in classic ASP, jquery, java and bootstrap. that look and that kind of work you can do i think if u want to represent data on graphcs. 
were you able to get codes for sending mail?
did u get to save csv contents to database/?
did u find a way to run asp.. else u have a simple small tiny webserver to run asp... if still looking do let me know. regards saru

asp will work with almost all databases
redirect is <% response.redirect "test.html" %>
u use recordset to get the data from database pal..
u should use ascii chrs.. to get yr symbols !!
