Advanced Windows Care automatically enables UAC. Make sure UAC is off, and then restart your computer. Load Advanced Windows Care and scan System Optimization. Click "Show Details" and you should have one problem under System Configuration Called "Optimize Security Settings" The Registry Key Should Read "EnableLUA". Right click on that …
