Check the RAM.
The motherboard is not detecting your floppy drive. It may be a bad cable, dead floppy drive or dead floppy disc controller on the motherboard. If you don't know what you're doing in there get someone to look at it who does.
Without the drivers you should get basic vga graphics. Did you clear the CMOS jumper? Did the previous owner use a PCI-e card for graphics? The resources for your board are easy enough to find.
