try clear cmos or unplug power AC from PSU remove battery motherboard , wait 15 minutes, put it back .. try on your pc , if still had issue swapped PSU

all hardware is good except the Cooler Master GX 650WAT,that is crap PSU get from corsair, antec/ seassonic

not worth for fx that same speed and benchmark i3 .. for cheaper get Phenom II X4 965BE or over price i think i5 2500K will be enough and ivy bridge maybe :D .. sorry i'm noob

reseat your card ... and go in bios select GPU at pcie , save , boot and then plug cable to your card

maybe your GPU still running in onboard try go bios set Gpu at PCIE .. safe and boot , plug cable monitor at 660ti .. just suggestion i'm still noob
