i'm going through the same problem on a friends computer...i've tried using a dif. sound card but to run into the same problem...occasionally i'll get some windows sounds but no music or nething from any program.

does any of these internet boosters like active speed or any of the reg cleaners affect gaming at all?

I Recently downloaded a trojan on accident and i'm not sure if this is the only one...it has disabled my explorer.exe and won't let me start it from windows task manager that i had to start through hotkeys other than Ctrl ALT Delete....if anyone can help me plz respond soon....here …
