You are infected for sure. First thing I would do is download Malwarebyte Anti-Malware @ [url]http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html[/url] Once download do a full update (It does daily updates) and then run a full scan. Delete everything it finds and reboot. Then run hijack this again and post back with your results.
