Observe carefully any update or configuration made the nearby days or hours if no observe the system carefull and notice the point of the error appearance so that you can get the point of start in troubleshooting.

Reboot your system, if the problem persist it may associate with GUI inactive mode of the mouse and keyboard,check for your security features granting priviledges.
