The Xcel 2000 is a re-labeled SiS 620/5595 chipset and is found in the PcChips M741LMR & M748MR! Why PcChips re-labeled these chipsets know one knows! Seems to me for a few dollars more you could get a new board and build your self a better system!

Go here and read what microsoft says is the fix: [url]http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;296551[/url] Go here to download the Msvcrt.dll [url]http://www.snapfiles.com/help/missingfiles.html[/url] Look on the left side of the page when it opens. Follow the directions that microsoft gives to replace the file!
