you should go for Fedora 8 instead of Fedora 2, has it is very old so why to go for older one.....
for members, your site must be in ranking, either it for fun or business it should be in ranking and for ranking you got to do some seo work like getting free backlinks, you also post your site in forum for better visitors.....

every body can do seo thats Search Engine Optimization, but for google pages i dint get you, do you mean in google search engine.....
it depends on the quantity of submitions that the directory getting and the quality of the directory, as in DMOZ it may take more than 6 to 8 months to approve.....

yaaa i too dint notice any change in my pr, this time google has not given pr has though i was expecting for 3 pr atleaste.....

Quality site means the site with no broken links, well maintained, not many out bound links.ect.....
simply you go to the the page source of the blog and search for nofollow in the tags if you find then it is no follow blog.....
how many keywords do you have, you can change your title has many keywords you have but not necessary to change description.....

it does matter, if you post your comment in a blog with pr, this would help your site to get a backlink and to get pr for your site too, but it should be natural dont spam by putting too many signatures.....
