Actymac Dutywatch and Protemac Keybag are nice tools. The second one is a keylogger, the first one is a monitoring tool, that can store web-history, take screenshots and much more, maybe it will suite you even better.

As far as I know, norton makes antivirus for macs. though the only protection i have is a firewall (protemac netmine) and that's enough — never had to worry about viruses.

Well, so many people tend to think macs are virus-free... it's not true at all! You should at least install a firewall (e.g. Protemac Netmine) - it must be enough.
