Hi Guys! I Need Help Getting Into My Dell D600 Laptop, I Forgot My Password And Now I Cannot Use It Anymore. It Has No Cd Rom So There Is No Other Was. Please Help

HI GUYS!!! I ALSO FORGOT THE ADMINISTATOR PASSWORD TO MY DELL D600 LATITUDE. I Cannot Even Enter The Boot Setup F2 Or F12 Buttons, It Still Asks For An Administrator Password. What Do I Have To Do? THE PASSWORD IS ON THE LAPTOP ITSELF AND NOT ON THE WINDOWS.
