I downloaded Flash Player 8 or 9, and certain sites such as ESPN or NBA.COM allow me to watch videos using Internet Explorer, but how can I enable it in Mozilla ?

I installed the driver software so I can begin printing from my new PC. I am able to select the printer that I want to print from, but when I hit OK it says "Parameters are Incorrect." Can anyone advise ? Thanks
