I think you can use ZenCart and Magento. They are user friendly. But I prefer VirtueMart on the Joomla system base.

Of the programs you can use Adobe Photoshop CS3 - for training banner and Ulead GIF Animator 5 - to create a ready-made frames from an animated movie in the format of GIF. There a lot program animators, you can even export the gif banner from the Flash.

Wordpress CMS system is more user friendly than HTML or Flash. Also sites are less heavy and it's better for SEO of your site.

Well, WordPress is considered a Blogging system. If you wanna have an eCommerce website- it's probably better to use JOOMLA) well, at least I would recommend this!

Yes, I agree with previous posts, you can do it only in Photoshop if it's a ,jpeg file. If you have PSD file the text will be a separate layer and you can change it with ease.
