I suggest whenever you do submissions for any website it should be relevant with website theme. It looks awkward when any travel website link looks at the design website or any other website far from the travel theme.

Whenever website IP address change or the server change yes seo ranking goes down......For change or implementation of shopping cart software no effect.
yes that's true but make sure that keyword should be relevant with the website theme and the searches should me maximum with less competition.
