What verison of AOL are you using? LittleMan
Get a few programs downloaded to combat the spyware/malware etc. Just keep them updated etc. LittleMan

Try making sure you have all the latest Windows Updates Installed I think they fixed your problem in the update's as far as i can remember try it and see and let us know how you get on. LittleMan

Have you tried as "[b]Catweazle[/b]" said uninstalling [u][b]Window Washer[/b][/u]? Do you have an [b]Anti-Virus[/b] program installed? If so make sure you have all the latest definations downloaded and run it and see if it picks anything up. Next I would run [b]Spy Bot[/b] and again make sure it is up …
Here is a link to download a copy of the missing "[b][u]bridge.dll[/u][/b]".
