My HP has 1.2GHz Intel Celeron and bought a 1.4GHz Pentium III, the problem is that when I install the new processor the computer wont boot up. The Pentium III is a PGA2 with an integrated heatsink, but my only guess is that it wont fit the 370PGA socket, right? …
I have an HP XT963 with a 1.2GHz Celeron, how can I install a 1.4GHz Pentium 3 on this computer? Do I need an adapter or can this computer use this processor as an upgrade?
