Wait.. I have the same problem. I followed your instructions but it did not work. Take a look at it... $cfg['Servers'][$i]['auth_type'] = 'config'; $cfg['Servers'][$i]['user'] = 'root'; $cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'] = '';
