First of all What are you storing in table.. is "path of image" or image ?
Basically three types of software you can develop by using ASP.NET/C#.NET 1. Web by ASP.NET & C# 2. Windows by C# or VB.NET 3. Mobile by C#/VB.NET and some SDKs Note: the Software can develop as per the requirement or thinking ! there is no limitations !
