According to your above code. if your grid has 0 rows, You can use a label control to display message. OR Page.RegisterStartupScript to display alert.

Everytime a query or procedure shd get called

Every time my web application hits SQL server a query or Procedure should be called and should return its values to web application. How can i do this?
