All the Browsers are good but Mozila Firefox is Great for SEO just because of Great features of add ons.
In My opinion Optimization is to make any website or blog friendly with Google and other search engines.

Here are lots of people giving SEO Tranings but in my opinion their is not any perfect insitute for SEO.
I dont think so that PR is dead i do agree that its changed in last few months rapidly.
