what? and it should be rev 1.1 and not 11. Current on your mobo will show up on the bios settings on the MIT tweaker(gigabyte mobos) or something like that where your clock speed will also be shown.
Maybe your psu is too low powered for ur card or maybe you forgot to change the video output from integrated to pci-e.
