SP2 is a complete waste of time. Why does everyone hang off MS for their patches, only to be forced to install more patches to patch what SHOULD have been done in SP2. Get yourself zonealarm security suite(which includes a virus scanner) and SP2 is redundant.

Zone Alarm is wonderful. i use it without SP2. I will never use SP2 - I dont need that firewall, when ZA provides me with a very powerful tool to protect my computer
if u have zone alarm SS and norton - that is silly. Zone alarm SS is a firewall and virus scanner in one. DELETE norton, its bloat ware IMHO. It might also be the cause of your msn issues
