To the best of [i]my[/i] knowledge, you can not on newer computers as the computer won't ever get past the POST. I think even older computers required some amount of RAM.

If it's windows, try starting ColdFusion as a service, make sure IIS has .cfm pages setup... I believe in the ISAPI area. Also, try installing coldfusion with it's own built in web server and testing pages. There are several patches relating to the IIS Connector... are you running the J2EE …

Can you ping the internet from any of the computers? Why aren't you using a router instead of running through a host computer... it sounds like you're using broadband so sharing the connection via a router makes much more sense.
