There is quite difference between the Programmer and Software Engineer..A programmer can be Software Engineer..But a Software Engineer May or Mat not a PRogrammer. Like Software Engineer may be Network administrator ,web designer whereas programmer is who know the Languages like C#,C++,Html Java etc.

hello friends i have the save problem with my laptop system.. when i using system sometime blue screen error occurs and system will be restart.

I am Programmer ..According to me Programmer job is better than the Networking JOb. As compare to the JOBS of the Programmer are more than the JObs of the networking field.

No idea..I think just search on Google with machine.config file. I think it is related to that

your "N" hold only the upper value. Give the Increment value to the "N" as selected value of listview. Then It will work.
