Interesting thread! From my experience, WeasyPrint tends to give the cleanest results for HTML-to-PDF conversions when styling matters. It respects CSS much better than wkhtmltopdf and doesn’t throw as many runtime environment issues. Worth a try if you’re sticking to native packages.
This guide still holds up really well! The update about using the newer Material 3 roles and edge-to-edge layout is super helpful. It’s great to see how Android UI is evolving toward cleaner, more adaptive design.
The End.
