I really suggest not using hubs and rather getting routers or level 3 switches (mini routers) Hubs need to be connected via Cross over cable. not via whatever you usualy buy at bestbuy.

Without some sort of server running, I don't see why it would open a php file, let alone parse it. You should be opening php files that reside on your local system via a text editor.

They "prefer" .html pages over dynamic pages, but Google doesn't care, they spider forums just fine, take a look at vBulletin.com for example, ALOT is indexed

This is a BIG NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I cannot stress things enough, even if you are listed as owner. When you get your domain name, get it from a large reputation Domain Name Provider. Godaddy, Register.com, ect Do not get it from the same person you get getting hosting from. ever.

I'm no access wizzard, any reason you want to use access? Realisticly, its got about a 20 user threshhold for multiple connections. So if you are planning somthing big you might want to look into MSSQL PGSQL or MySQL

The two constructs are identical in every way except how they handle failure. include() produces a Warning while require() results in a Fatal Error. you could do a reinstall you would lose any installed programs but if you put your needed data into folders outside of the c:\windows folder you should be able to keep most of it if it comes down to it >.<

Not sure how any computer users can even get away without a two buttoned mouse anymore. The quick solution, IMO, would be to run down to best buy, or your local computer shop, and pickup a cheap 2 buttoned mouse.

Sounds like you don't have a media player or the codecs nessary to play the music. You should take time to update to the latest WMP and you might want to try getting winamp as well :)

I agree, with jwenting. IE will almost always remain my browser of choice unless I am on a non ms system. Even on my mac I prefer the crapyness of Safari to that of the quirks of Firefox.

Uninstall it, chances are you really don't need a personal firewall, its not going to be doing any help but consuming internet resources. ZoneAlarm is one of the not so good ones IMO.... I've seen alot of problems similar to yours with ZA and a few other free ones
